Returns and Refunds

At Let's Get a Pedi, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@letsgetapedi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Refunds:

  • Damaged Goods: We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us immediately at info@letsgetapedi.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We will either replace the damaged item or offer you a full refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred.
  • Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (such as skincare products, face masks, or vibrators) are not eligible for return once opened, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, we are happy to help, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
